   IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR TABLE,  I ASK THAT YOU CONTACT
   
 ME ASAP. THE DEADLINE WILL BE SEPT 21ST. AFTER THAT, THE WAITING
 
LIST VENDORS WILL BE CONTACTED. THANK YOU

 

 

 

 

    Table Reservations

    -Free parking will be provided by the Four Points Sheraton, along with the garage

    -Tables will cost $25.00 each

    -A maximum of 3 tables per vendor with up to 3 chairs per table

    -We will have an estimated 30 - 40 tables available at the Con. Reserve now! Tables are                     expected to fill up fast

    -We will have a record of all verbal commitments, but to ensure your solid reservation, the fee         must be paid before September 21st

    -Once a payment is received, your tables will be marked off of the master sheet to insure you         have your spot

    -There will be no set table arrangements throughout the Con Hall. Tables will be arranged at         the discretion of the convention host and decisions will not be biased

    -Banners, posters, and visual advertisements welcome, however, there will be a chance that         we may not have enough room available on the walls. If so, we ask that you bring an easy to         remove tape to insure safe removal from the walls or you may hang them over your table.

    -Business vendors who would like to donate gift cards or items for the hourly raffle will have         their name or logo put on all large Con posters due to go out at the end of August; a minimum of     five $5.00 dollar gift cards or ten comic related items will be the fee

    -Licenses will have to be purchased separately by businesses if needed for the event. For more     Information, you may contact Tucson Business Licenses @ (520) 971-4566 or                                     www.tucsonaz.gov 

      Payment Information

    -A check or money order will be the only method of payment

    -Unfortunately, I do not have a P.O. box. I prefer to meet all vendors in person to receive                 payment

    -If this is something you can not do, let me know as soon as possible, so we may arrange                 another form of payment
